The mission of Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority, Inc. is to promote the importance of community service involvement and academic achievement as well as to educate and excel the stance of Latin cultures in this diversely enriched society.

The sisters of Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority, Inc. help to educate themeslves and others to the many Hispanic cultures and traditions. We also encourage and support the pursuit of academic excellence, while at the same time creating a strong bond of sisterhood through social and community service activities.

We not only strive to make a difference in the community, but in each other as well. Each sister leaves footprints in another person’s hearts in some way.
